Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-oh-ki
CD Report: TMR Best Album
Report by: Richard Uyeyama (ruyeyama@best.com)
V1.1 1/21/96
Basic info:
Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-oh-ki no Best Album
Pioneer, PICA-1049, 3000 (y)en
12 tracks, 50:21
About the title:
I've seen some references to this CD as "Ryo-oh-ki's Best Album".
Although the cover does feature a picture of Ryo-oh-ki, I believe that the
"Ryo-oh-ki" in the title of the CD is merely the latter half of the full
title for the series, "Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-oh-ki". Anyway, hope that clears
things up...
Quick contents:
Hmmm... this CD should perhaps have been named "Vocal Collection 1".
It contains all four vocals from the first soundtrack CD, all five from
the second, none from the third, and one song each from the first CD
Special, the second CD Special, and the Christmas CD.

Closing comments:
Overall, though the original versions of some of the songs may have been
more amusing to listen to, for the very fact of the extraneous talking,
comments, and whatnot, the Best Album versions are perhaps more listenable
for the music itself...
